FULL PRICED RETURNS

We accept returns on full priced items ONLY when received back to us within 7 business days of being delivered to you. Contact us first. We will reply promptly with return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipment and all associated costs.

All eligible returns will be refunded and credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for banks to process the refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. For exchanges, the piece will be shipped out once we receive the return if in stock or within a week if made to order.

Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.

Item(s) must be free from odors, stains, or any other conditions that would prevent us from selling the item as new.

Item(s) must have all original tags attached.

Item(s) must be returned with original packaging.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS AND FINAL SALES CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. 

We are unable to process a return or exchange received back to us after 7 business days from your order’s receipt of delivery. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to our return address. Unauthorized or ineligible returns or exchanges will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a fault occurred in the manufacturing process. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear do not apply. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

SHIPPING

Items are are made to order. Pieces with 3D printed components take 4-6 weeks, bags and items for the home 2-4 weeks and leather jewelry about a week to ship. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. During a special sale shipping will take WAY longer!

TAXES

New Mexico and Kansas residents pay state tax on their purchase. 

REPAIRS OR LOST EARRING

If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair please contact us.

We can create a close match of a lost earring for 1/2 the price of the original pair. Please contact us and be ready to email us a photo of your single earring.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen. OROPOPO is not responsible for loss, theft or mutilation of a gift card. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash. 

Gift cards are subject to the expiration date, one year from date of purchase. The total value of the card must be redeemed in one purchase. Any remainder amount will no be carried forward. Gift card redeemable online at www.oropopo.com only.
